We provide a limited number of houses on lifestyle and residential sections in locations where we undertake our subdivisions.
The housing that we provide includes a mix of restored and compact new houses to contribute towards increasing the quality and choice of the housing stock within the areas that we work in.
We don’t believe in demolishing houses and letting them go to waste. We renovate the houses which have been neglected and transport older houses from larger cities to our sections which would otherwise have been demolished to make way for medium density developments.
Our restored houses have unique character and workmanship that many new homes can’t replicate.
Our stock of new homes range from 60m2 to 85m2 and nothing bigger. The section sizes for these new houses are 400m2 or less.
These guidelines allow us to deliver affordable, quality, low maintenance living opportunities for elderly wanting to downsize or first home buyers wanting to make the perfect move.
The new homes are built off-site by licensed builders and transported to fully fenced and serviced sections. All our new homes come with a 10 year master builders guarantee.
