Woodville

Woodville in many ways is a hidden gem. It is an established rural town that is essentially a junction town, now fast growing with the construction of the new four-lane highway to Palmerston North. Upon completion of the new highway, the estimated travel time between Woodville and Palmerston North is just over 15 minutes. The current travel time of 30 minutes still makes it an attractive commuter town from Palmerston North.

Woodville is positioned to enjoy expansive views of the Tararua Ranges and is within a close proximity to the Manawatu Gorge. There are plenty of opportunities to get outdoor and discover the nature.

Future Locations

We are now working towards expanding into other areas – these include Pahiatua, Kerikeri, Southern Wairarapa and central Otago.

Our aim at Oasis Base Spaces is to provide a choice that is in many ways more attractive and sustainable than central city living. We turn land that is unproductive for agriculture use (e.g. dairy farms and grazing blocks) and turn these into lifestyle-residential sections that enable the use of on-site services and enhance the natural features present within the site through landscape design.
